Custom booking forms

Ten field types: text, textarea, email, phone, URL, number, select (dropdown), multi-select, radio buttons, and checkbox. Between these, you can collect any information you need before a meeting.

Up to 20 custom fields per meeting page. The default fields (name, email, phone, notes) don't count toward this limit.

Yes. Name and email are always required. Phone and notes are optional defaults you can toggle on or off. Custom fields appear below the defaults on the booking form.

Yes. Drag and drop to reorder your custom fields. Default fields always appear at the top of the form.

No. Custom booking forms are a Pro feature. The free plan includes the default booking fields (name, email, phone, notes). Custom intake fields, reordering, and all 10 field types require Pro.
