4. Third-Party Integrations

bookcall allows you to connect external services to enhance your booking experience. When you connect these services, we only access the minimum data necessary.

Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar, we request the following permissions:

  • Read-only access to your calendar events (calendar.readonly) — We use this to check your existing calendar events and block those times as unavailable on your booking page. We do not modify, create, or delete any calendar events in your Google Calendar.
  • Your email address (userinfo.email) — We use this to identify your Google account and associate the integration with your bookcall account.

Google Meet Integration

When you connect Google Meet, we request the following permissions:

  • Create Google Meet meetings (meetings.space.created) — We use this to automatically generate Google Meet video conference links when a booking is confirmed.
  • Your email address (userinfo.email) — We use this to identify your Google account and associate the integration with your bookcall account.

Other Calendar Integrations (iCloud, Outlook, etc.)

When you connect other calendar providers via CalDAV, we access your calendar data solely to check for conflicts and block busy times on your booking page.

Video Conferencing (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

When you connect Zoom or Microsoft Teams, we request permissions to create meeting links on your behalf. Meeting details are shared only as necessary to schedule the video call.

Crisp
