Get paid before the call starts.

Payments go directly to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. When a guest pays for a booking, the charge is processed on your connected Stripe account. You see the payment in your own Stripe dashboard and funds settle on your normal Stripe payout schedule. bookcall never holds your money.

bookcall does not charge any transaction fees on top of Stripe. You pay standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction) and your bookcall Pro subscription. There are no hidden platform fees or per-booking charges from us.

The time slot is held for 30 minutes while the guest completes checkout. If they abandon the payment, the hold expires and the slot becomes available again automatically. No booking is created until payment succeeds.

Yes. Each meeting page has its own pricing configuration. You can have one page for free discovery calls and another for paid consultations. Pricing is set per page, not per account.

Yes. If you enable booking approval, the guest pays first and then the booking enters a pending state for your review. If you decline, you can issue a refund through your Stripe dashboard. Payment acts as the first filter, approval as the second.

Yes. Tiered pricing lets you define multiple options on a single meeting page — for example, a 15-minute quick chat, a 30-minute consultation, and a 60-minute deep dive, each with its own price. The guest selects their preferred option before checkout.
