Yes. GDPR compliance is built into the product, not bolted on. We collect only the minimum data necessary, don't sell or share it with third parties, and give you full control to export or delete everything. As a German company, we're subject to both GDPR and Germany's Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), which are among the strictest data protection laws in the world.

When someone books a meeting through your page, we collect their name, email address, optional phone number, and any notes they include. Guest data is only used to facilitate the booking and send confirmation emails. We don't sell or share it with third parties.

Absolutely. bookcall is available worldwide. As a German company, your data gets strong legal protections regardless of where you're located. If you have clients in the EU, using a Germany-based tool simplifies your compliance obligations.

If you're processing personal data of EU residents through bookcall, a DPA may be required under GDPR. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement on request. Contact us and we'll send one over.
